MStruct brings more than 26 years of construction experience in India and the GCC countries (Saudi Arabia, Qatar and UAE) to family homes and multi-storey buildings, with more than 200 projects completed to date. We handle every stage: design, drawings, approvals, foundations, structure, finishing and handover.
We build homes of every size, from compact family houses to large residences, and apartment or commercial buildings, including their footings and pile caps. Our quality team includes an engineer with QA/QC experience on projects in Saudi Arabia. That means inspections, records and documentation follow international project standards, on your site in Kerala and for contractors in the Gulf.

Material prices change often, so we do not fix your price on day one. After your contract is confirmed, you pay the market rate on the date each material is bought. You can check the rate before we buy.
Each stage of your building uses the market rate when that stage begins. If your footing starts today, we use today's rate. If your flooring starts two months later, we use the rate at that time.
Confirm materials such as flooring before your work starts. We buy them at the rate on the day you confirm and keep them safe in our store until they are needed. Your price stays fixed.
Before we buy any material, we share the current market rate with you. You can verify it, so you always know what you are paying and why.

Through our CiviDocs service, contractors on Gulf projects get their quality documentation prepared remotely, by an engineer with QA/QC experience in Saudi Arabia. Your site team stays on the work while the paperwork stays on time.

Answer three questions to get a planning range. No drawing needed.
The calculator covers 1 to 5 floors. For a taller building, use "Send us your requirement" and we will prepare it with you. Materials and structure only, based on our rate board. Labour is extra. This is a planning range. Your final price comes after we check your drawing.
Upload the plan of each floor and press Read rooms. Room names are copied as written on the drawing, with the sizes printed there. Check every line against the drawing, tick it, and correct anything that is off. Rooms marked only Room, Bed room or Toilet are numbered Room 1, Room 2, Toilet 1, Toilet 2 and so on. Names such as Dining or Study stay as on the drawing. The page also compares its own reading with the drawing a second time and lists anything to correct. A toilet that opens from a room is attached to that room, and shows under it in the room table.
Buildings of four or five floors. Foundation and column sizes, and the steel and concrete for columns and beams, are set higher for you. This is a planning estimate only. The final sizes come from the structural design by your engineer, so change any value under Foundation if your design is different.
One line for each room, in the same order and with the same names as your drawing. A toilet attached to a room is listed under it. Open areas such as the sit-out and balcony have their own table with their own totals, followed by an area summary. The totals at the bottom work like the sum row of an Excel sheet.
These choices apply to the whole house. Doors, windows, electrical and bathroom items are set room by room in the drawing tables above. Every value here can be changed and all tables update.
Type the daily wage for each person yourself. The number of people is a suggestion you can change. Leave Days empty and we suggest the days from the total built-up area, or type your own. Trades are listed in the order they work on site.
Add anything not listed above, such as excavation by machine, the staircase railing, kitchen cabinets, compound wall or septic tank. Enter the quantity and your rate. These are added to the total as you enter them, without extra GST.
Everything updates as you type. Quantities include wastage: 4% on blocks, tile wastage as set above, 3% on concrete materials and steel.
